Business in a Box is an AI-powered platform that helps entrepreneurs plan and launch businesses. The service guides you through five phases—Foundation, Discovery, Business Model, Brand Creation, and Blueprint—generating assets like logos, presentations, and business documents along the way.
2. Your Account
To use Business in a Box, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Create an account using Google or LinkedIn sign-in
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Maintain only one account per person
You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3. Credits & Subscriptions
Business in a Box operates on a credit system. Different actions consume different amounts of credits:
- Text generation: 1 credit
- Image generation: 3 credits
- Market research: 5 credits
- Presentation generation: 10 credits
Subscription terms:
- Credits are allocated based on your subscription tier
- Unused credits roll over to the next month (maximum 2x your monthly allocation)
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred
- You can manage your subscription via the customer portal
4. Your Content & Ownership
You own what you create. All AI-generated content produced through Business in a Box—including logos, blueprints, presentations, and documents—belongs to you. You may use, modify, sell, or share your generated assets without restriction.
Academy of AI claims no ownership rights over your outputs. Your input data (story, ideas, preferences) also remains yours.
Platform content: The Business in a Box platform, including its design, code, and documentation, remains the property of Academy of AI. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials.
5. Acceptable Use
When using Business in a Box, you agree not to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to bypass or manipulate the credit system
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
- Resell or share account access with others
- Interfere with the platform's operation or security
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep Business in a Box available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Update, modify, or discontinue features
- Adjust pricing for future subscription periods
Your journey data is stored while your account is active. Export your complete business plan as PDF anytime — it's yours to keep forever. We recommend downloading your work regularly for your records.
